How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply click any of the "Get Started" buttons and you'll be on your way in no time!

Can you accommodate my wedding?

Absolutely! Simply fill in the details in your order and we'll take care of you and your special day.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. The whole process typically takes 4-6 weeks. The breakdown is usually 1-3 weeks for the design process, about 2 weeks for printing and processing, then carriers will typically deliver within 5-7 business days.

I'm local, can I pick up the order instead?

Of course! We'd love to see you in person, simply select the "pick up" option at checkout or work with our team if plans change.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, a bulk discount of 15% is applied to all orders of six or more cases.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

What is your refund policy?

No payment is due until a final design is approved and wine is selected. After that, orders are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Where do you ship?

We are able to ship wine to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA,IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WI. If you live in a state were we currently can't ship and you're interested in purchasing our wine, please let us know! Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

I'm a licensee, does this program apply to me?

Great to have you here and we're grateful for your partnership, your orders are handled through our wholesale partners.

Do I need to bring a design?

No! All of our designers can work with any reference material you provide, or go in a completely new direction, if you prefer!
